Prospect Lists

Consumers 

This database includes over 220 million people in 150 million households throughout the United States.  Our standard consumer lists come with the following information: Contact name, street address, city, state and zip code.  We have added the following fields to our standard output: Average income level, Average age of primary resident, and Average length of residence.  Other list companies will charge you extra for these fields, we do NOT, and they are standard on all consumer lists you purchase.   Also available:  Homeowner/Renter, Home Market Value, Dwelling Type, Presence of Children.

Businesses

This database includes over 14 million U.S. and Canadian businesses and is updated with company information throughout the year.  Standard business lists come with the following fields: Company name, address, city, state and zip code.  You can select many different options such as: Contact names, employee size, sales volume. (*Contact information is updated 4 times a year)

Occupants

Records are addressed to “Resident” or “Occupant” at the address.  It can be used for saturation mailings because it qualifies for the lowest available postage rates.  The file is fully “walk sequence” which means the records are delivered to you in the same sequence a mail carrier delivers the mail.

New Homeowners

With 400,000 people buying new homes monthly, a host of new related consumer needs are created.  This database only includes those individuals purchasing a new home (does not include apartments).  Data for the new homeowners lists come from mortgage companies and is updated on a 90-day cycle.

New Movers

Over 1.2 million people move to a new residence each month (this list includes homes and apartments).  Like new homebuyers, they have additional needs that come with a different home.
